Cloud Technology Management

Soho Cloud Technology Management service is designed to help clients gain improved management, oversight over their Cloud service and help maximize their investment by ensuring all services are being utilized effectively.

The service has 4 elements

Service Administration Management

• Soho will take on the task of administering your cloud service performing tasks such as set up and changes to functionality, integration with third party services.
• Other functions include security management such as user account management and migration assistance

Service Support & Training

• Cloud solution provider support is available with most services but offered in generic form, meaning they do not know your business intimately and therefore cannot offer customized support to meet your business goals. SOHO fills this gap by meeting directly with clients to gather needs and requirements to be able to offer support purpose built for each client's business.
• SOHO Offers hands on training for all your Cloud services. Training is offered in a variety of ways such as online or in person, personalized written training documentation or video illustration

Service Extended Data Backup

• Unknown to most Cloud customers is that the Cloud service they subscribe to provides limited backup service meaning that data retrieval is limited to a small number of days, i.e. 7,10,15 to 30 days.  
• At SOHO we provide a backup solution for Cloud services and provide retention periods up to 18 months with monthly point in time snapshots.
• Longer retention with point in time snapshots means you can now go back to a particular month and restore data as it was at that time. A great feature to have for any regulatory or legal requirements.
• Benefit of having your own backup separate from the provider is that you no longer have all your eggs on one basket. You have access to a copy of you data should anything happen to the Cloud provider

Service Security Analysis

• SOHO reviews the security posture of the Cloud service provider and the security of the clients setup
• We perform routine analysis of the service to ensure that data stored on the service is safe and secure
